I’ve moved my dotfiles to a new repository.

While some utilities place their configuration files in $HOME/.config by default, others (i.e. zsh) do not.

GNU stow is a nice tool for symlinking files to $HOME.

Philosophy

• Blend command-line/text-based utilities with GUIs
• Prefer tools which allow for multiple instances and windows
• Avoid Electron apps
• Avoid installing large quantities of extensions (subjective)
• Use system defaults and built-in functionality when possible
• Default and neutral colors
